The product must retain its original tags and labels and must not have been used, washed, ironed, or altered.
A valid invoice or order confirmation from the website must be provided.
Requests for returns or exchanges must be made within 03–07 days from the date of receipt (depending on store regulations).
2. Eligible Cases for Return or Exchange
Products with manufacturing defects (tears, loose seams, fabric defects, etc.).
Incorrect item, size, or color delivered compared to the confirmed order.
Products damaged during the shipping process.
3. Non-Returnable / Non-Exchangeable Cases
Custom-made áo dài tailored to the customer’s measurements.
Products that have been used, washed, altered, or damaged due to customer handling.
Clearance or special discounted items (if previously announced as non-returnable).
4. Return & Exchange Procedure
Customers must contact us via hotline / fanpage / email within the specified time frame.
Provide order information and photos of the product (if applicable).
After confirming eligibility, we will provide instructions for exchange or refund as mutually agreed.
5. Return Shipping Costs
We will cover return shipping costs for cases resulting from store errors.
Customers are responsible for shipping costs in cases of exchanges due to personal preference.
6. Refund Policy (If Applicable)
Refunds will be processed using the original payment method.
Refund processing time: 3–5 business days from the date we receive the returned product.
